Privacy Policy
Our approach to privacy
This Privacy Policy explains how Tulip Coffee Company, LLC (also referred to as “Tulip Coffee Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use this website. The public website currently provides business information and a menu. It does not currently offer public accounts, online ordering, payment processing, a newsletter signup, contact forms, advertising, or analytics tracking.
Information we handle
Information handled automatically
Like most websites, our server may create technical logs when a page or file is requested. Those logs may include an Internet Protocol (IP) address, date and time, requested page or file, browser or device information, referring page, and error or security-event details. We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and maintain the website.
Information you choose to provide
The public website does not currently collect information through forms. If you contact us outside the website or interact with us in person, we may use the information you provide to respond to you and provide the requested service.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public-facing pages do not currently set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only for the restricted owner administration area to authenticate an authorized administrator and protect menu changes. It is not used to track public visitors.
How we use information
We may use the limited information described above to:
- deliver, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- protect the website, our business, and visitors from misuse, fraud, or security threats;
- respond to requests and communicate with people who contact us;
- comply with law, enforce our terms, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- support a business transaction such as a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale, subject to applicable law.
How information may be disclosed
We may disclose limited information to hosting, security, technical-support, and professional-service providers that help us operate the website; to government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transaction. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Google services and external links
The website includes a link that opens directions in Google Maps. When you follow that link, Google receives information under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, or embedded Google Maps on this website.
If we later add analytics, advertising, online ordering, forms, or other data-collecting features, we will update this policy and implement any legally required notice or consent controls before those features are enabled.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including operational, security, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. Retention periods vary with the nature and purpose of the information. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to appeal a decision about a request. Because this website collects very limited information and does not currently create public user profiles, we may need enough information to reasonably verify and locate records associated with a request. You may submit a request using the postal address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or applicable law. The effective date at the top will show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be presented in a reasonably noticeable way when required.
